Neil Lambert

Neil Lambert is the founder and Managing Director of angels4business.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Neil is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and has over 18 years of leadership experience within the optical industry.

Before founding angels4business, Neil held senior management positions across Europe, including responsibility for lens production, warehousing, logistics, edging and mounting facilities, purchasing, marketing and international sales operations.

He has also managed businesses with revenues exceeding $6 billion.

Today, Neil focuses on helping opticians improve profitability, differentiate themselves through innovative technologies and prepare for the future of optical retail.

The next Generation

angels4business is built for the long term. Jason Lambert is currently studying at HAK Business School in Austria and is gradually becoming involved in the business. As the next generation of angels4business, he represents our commitment to continuity, long-term partnerships and supporting opticians for many years to come.
